Gary Hirschman Gary has been studying
and practicing yoga with Iyengar teachers since 1981, teaching since 1994. Gary began meditating in 1972 and has been
practicing and studying various techniques that have helped him quiet his mind. Gary has taught yoga at the Hackensack
University Medical Center as part of their Heart Reversal Program. He also taught yoga to medical staff at the Helen Hayes
Day Hospital. Gary eventually opened his own studio in Haworth, New Jersey, and continued instructing students there until
he relocated to Stuart in 2001. Gary has been teaching at the Yoga Center of Stuart since 2002 and his classes reflect
his knowledge and insight of yoga and meditation.

Joan Moore Joan has been active in
physical fitness most of her life. She has been certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training by the American
Council on Exercise for more than 20 years. She is a certified triathlon and marathon coach and has coached hundreds of people
in both events over the last 10 years. Joan continues to race in triathlons, marathons and open water distance swims.
She credits her personal Iyengar yoga practice in allowing her to fuel this passion for as long as she has and, by doing Iyengar
yoga, intends to continue competing and training to a ripe old age. Joan owned and managed Body Works - Body Fitness
for 10 years in Stuart. Joan has been teaching at the Yoga Center of Stuart since the early 1990 when it first opened.
She has had a serious practice and brings her knowledge and enthusiasm to her classes.

Carol
Fridolph Carol has been a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor since 1991. She has studied this style
of yoga since 1987, and has been an active student of Manouso Manos. She has traveled to Pune, India to study personally
with Guruji, B.K.S. Iyengar, creator of this healing form of yoga. She also graduated from the first three-year Iyengar Yoga training
program held in the US in 1995. Carol shares her passion and love of yoga with her students.

Kristine Heitner Kristine has
been practicing yoga for 10 years. She has participated in many yoga workshops and is able to share this information
in class. Kristine teaches the fundamentals of yoga postures that build strength, flexibility and openness of the
body.

Stephanie Wild Stephanie has studied yoga since 2001 and has been teaching
since 2006. She discovered that the practice of yoga provided a healthy method for reducing scoliosis pain. She
has studied with Vinyasa and Iyengar Certified teachers. She enjoys sharing the gift of yoga with others. Stephanie
continues to study and practice in the Iyengar tradition with Carol Fridolph at the Yoga Center of Stuart.

Jaye Bryan Jaye has been involved with the teaching field for 17 years. She is a certified yoga teacher
and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Sher has been inspired to study with many famous teachers reflecting the pronciples
and alignment methods behind the styles of Iyengar yoga, Anusara yoga, Viniyoga, Ana Forrest yoga, ISHTA and Yin yoga.
She views teaching as a privilege, providing space for practitioners to explore the same healing and transformative effects
that yoga continues to bring her in her daily life.
