Class Descriptions
Iyengar
Yoga Classes
Gentle
Yoga: A slower paced yoga class. This class is ideal for anyone who has a specific issue to address or those who
are new to yoga and want a slower paced class. The last Tuesday of each month restorative poses will be taught.
Level 1 Yoga:
Classes are designed to introduce and teach basic
yoga postures, philosophy and breath.
Level
2 Yoga:
This
class is designed for students who have spent six months or more in a Level 1 class and are ready to be move
on to more advanced postures. Continuing beginners are welcome.
Level 3 Yoga: Students
in this class have spent at least one year in Level 1 & 2 classes, and are ready to work on more in-depth principles
and postures. Shoulderstand and Halasana are explored and
other inversions, such as handstands, headstands and more, are introduced.
Level
4 Yoga:
Students in
this class should have an understanding of basic yoga philosophy, understand Sanskrit terms of postures and sutras.
All inversions and backbends are taught.
Vinyasa:
Invigorating swquence of
poses that strengthen and tone the body coordinating concentration and synchrinized breath.
Yin Yoga:
Class consists of passive floor postures that are
held to invite a meditative quality to enhance emotional and mental well being.
Special Accomodations:
Group Rates and Private instruction are available. Cost begins at $100.00 per hour. For specific information

Classes must be paid for in advance,
and are non-refundable and not transferable.
Package
